Make all your drinks water or calorie free. No juice or soda unlike it’s diet soda. Easy would be rotisserie chicken and a bag of salad, can make several lunches out of those.

Nah, handful of nuts is like 500 calories.

Half head red cabbage shredded
2-3 beets shredded
1 carrot shredded
Half an onion chopped
Cover with vegetable broth
Big tablespoon tomato paste or sauce
Splash of apple cider vinegar
Spoonful of sugar (could skip that)
Salt and pepper

Simmer until the cabbage is really soft—that’s the slowest to cook.

It’s best topped with some chopped dill or flat leaf parsley and a spoonful of full fat sour cream but you can skip hoth or those.

I also really love farro cooked in broth mixed with any roasted vegetable and some arugula.

Oh, the cabbage lady is back!
Nothing wrong with this per se, but OP please add some protein to it. Chicken breast should be a good option.

In general, try to eat 3-4 regular meals a day and track your food. Fat loss is all about calories. Adding activity, walking and weightlifting ideally, could be helpful too.

Don’t eat after dinner. Ever. And cut your afternoon snack out. Replace with carbonated water or something if you need to at first, but eat at meantime only.
