No way. I am 45. I would not date over 47. I can go younger. No way I would date a man 5 or more years older. Never.
You are uncomfortable with aging, clearly.
I do not look 45. Read my logical reasons. There is no reason to date much older unless a woman has to. There is no reason to date older than my age. I do not want or need a man’s money. That is the typical reason women date older. An older man would complicate my life logistically. No reason to deal with that when I have options of people a few years younger who would I not complicate my life with kids schedules.
I'm 57 and dating an amazing 23 year old. She just likes older men. She doesn't seem to be into it for the money, and doesn't want to have children.
Of course both genders prefer younger partners (if they can attract one for LTR). That’s very understandable you enjoy your 27 yo partner a lot. I was a sweeping beauty and a sex bomb in my 20s so my 11 years older exH just couldn’t resist. He was also much wealthier than my dates of similar age and just showered me with high level courting. Once we married it scaled back. The real question is where your young partner equally enjoy the relationship when you are 70 and she’s 40.
