I weigh less now than I did in college, but my weight has shifted as an adult, so it’s harder for me to see the magnitude of what I’ve lost. I mostly see it in my face, neck, and chest. My waist and thighs seem to still have a ways to go. I’m focusing more on toning now, though I would like to continue to lose more weight. I think I probably need to join a gym so I can start working with weights, I only have a set of 5lb weights at home.[/quote] I found that I use weights much more consistently if they are in my house rather than having to go to a gym. Maybe buy a set of 10s and 15s and that might be enough![/quote]
