I'm not being too diligent--basically eating the amount that would sustain my target weight on most days and eating less than that 2-3 days a week. I'm also trying different ways to amp up my usual walking routine by adding in some faster activity and some minor weight training (just at home with hand weights and body weight like push-ups, planks, squats and lunges).
