I have preferred when he we have high school swim team coaches over our club coaches. You know you have good coaches if they are just as engage with the swimmers at a B meet as they are at an A meet. RARELY will this be the case. You will see the coach only paying attention to the A meet swimmers regardless of meet.[/quote]
