[/quote] No. First of all, they're not sugar-free. They still contain sugar. Second of all, I just disagree that fake sugar is better than some real sugar. I eat lowfat or fat free Greek yogurt and it's been very helpful to my diet--the protein is great. Sadly, it's a question of taste and many of us grew up not having plain yogurt. Yoplait and Dannon are so full of sugar. Replacing the added sugar with treacle-sweet splenda is disgusting.[/quote]
