It's a big change to go gluten free and dairy free at once, so mistakes will happen, be kind to yourself as you figure it all out. Your son won't like everything but eventually will find what he likes. You can find vegan chocolate chips at Whole Foods. I recommend Seoul Spice, Chipotle and Cava for GF/DF teens. Rice bowls with meat, vegetables and dressing are filling and easy to pick up. [/quote]
