Churchill is an example of a school parents have asked for years to have Marching Band but there still is not the opportunity. DCC schools have Marching Band. They have opportunities a W school doesn’t have. Yes, there are many inequities in MCPS and it’s not in the direction OP falsely believes.[/quote]
