Lol, I love all the boosters here talking about how $1.72 was a totally fair market value for this house and all the other posters were just ignorant about prices in that part of Bethesda.  :D [/quote]

No skin in this game whatsoever - BUT has it occured to you that the person who input the information into the govt system entered it incorrectly?  Even the Weichert website shows it as $1.7M. If anything I would think their information would be correct since they were the listing agency. [/quote]
