Okay, child model.  The money is terrific, but I am just thinking about a family I know, where the mom is always shuttling the kid to NY and dad goes days at a time without seeing the kid, and the kid's personality changed significantly (and not for the better)   If you are all able to hang out in NY for the summer and your kid is happy, that's lovely.  But spending a summer in NY away from the rest of the family does sound depressing. [/quote]
