yes, my children for sure are the cutest. The 5 year old DD is starting to grow out of her baby adorableness into something more mature but not as cutesy. The 3 year old has the classic surfer look, blue eyes, floppy blonde hair and his father's darker skin tone, he's a stunner now but wasn't really that 'cute' a baby. The littlest is the one that stops traffic. Huge eye lashes and a smile that lights up the world, but it's her personality that really draws attention. Of course, I think 'most' babies are pretty adorable, I have seen a few not as cute as mine kids but not many. I do hope mine grow up to understand that cuteness is only skin deep ( I say this as I have to explain over and over again to my 5 year old who has crazy hair why she can't have beautiful long braids like her friends )

I agree with what many of you have said. I have looked back at some of the pictures of my son from when he was an infant, and I can see now he's not the cutest, or even that cute. He had kind of a big head! So I was thinking that my current belief in his absolute cuteness might be influenced by my complete love and adoration for him. I thought he was the cutest then, and now wonder what I was thinking. Like I said, not that it really matters, we can all think our kid's are the cutest, doesn't hurt anyone. And if it's a tad delusional, so what. I remember learning that all kinds of animal babies are cute so they won't be killed by the adults. I mean even baby possums are cute!

And to the moms who brought up modeling and the woman who called me hon, you are missing the point. I'm not trying to one up your kid, as you are mine, and I feel bad for your children.

Actually, you're missing the point. I'm the mom of the child model. Sometimes the kid is objectively cute. So what. Nothing to do with oneupmanship. My kid's been modeling a long time and one thing I've learned is that it's a JOB - not very glamorous either. I've grateful that we don't have to worry about college and that DS will never have to flip burgers or bag groceries when his older but may have a part time job that pays better for the time he puts into it.

Also, parents should think their kid is the cutest ever and are blinded by love. All children deserve that, IMO.

He's not a baby model since he stopped being a baby. Not depressing at all. He's able to pay for his own college at this point.

Okay, child model. The money is terrific, but I am just thinking about a family I know, where the mom is always shuttling the kid to NY and dad goes days at a time without seeing the kid, and the kid's personality changed significantly (and not for the better) If you are all able to hang out in NY for the summer and your kid is happy, that's lovely. But spending a summer in NY away from the rest of the family does sound depressing.

Nah, I don't think mine are the cutest. Cute? Yes. Wonderful? Yes. Incredible dispositions? Yup. But not the cutest around.

And FWIW, mine are both blonde, one blue and one brown, and I agree that blue/blonde is a little washed out. I love darker babies with dark eyes...they slay me! I don't understand why anyone cares that they're blonde. I think it makes them look pale and a bit boring. Though one has curls and I enjoy that quite a bit.

I do think my boys are going to be really gorgeous teenagers, the way their features work. I can't wait to see how they look then!

And I'm pregnant with our first girl, so really curious to see what she'll look like too.
