If so, accept that people composing an email are more concerned about what they are writing, aren’t checking your signature block because they think they know how to spell it, and stop taking it so personally. Feel free to correct them every time. My cousin Jon just says as often as necessary that his name doesn’t have an H. My name has an “a” a consonant, then “o” and people get it wrong all the time.
