+1  I am not inbound for Lafayette or Shepherd, but I really hope that they pull them out of Deal/J-R together and route to a Ward 4 middle/high school path.  It would immediately create another viable neighborhood school and fix Ward 3 overcrowding.  It has to be better to have everyone in the city fighting over two neighborhood high schools than over one![/quote]

Nobody cares what you think unless you have kids there, and you have no business opining on something that does not effect you.  This is a fantasy that keeps getting thrown out there by the social justice warrior crowd on here, so please move on.  Fixing ETOP high schools shouldn’t fall on the backs of Shephard Park/CC kids.[/quote]

Are you proposing rezoning the two easternmost elementary schools zoned for J-R to Macarthur, which basically as far West as you can go without falling into Virginia?  If so, why? [/quote]
