I assumed OP was talking about Ocean Edge in Brewster. Regardless OP, as I often say to myself "you can be right or you can be married." If DH is worried about this hurting his mom's feelings, it won't be fun for him or you.

I go to the cape so am not an expert on other local options but maybe look into Ocean City NJ. Everyone loves it. Or maybe Lake George.[/quote]
