I have very few memories of him in general, most involve him being in the hospital or sick/weak/near death so they are memories made from trauma, not normal memories. I'm really sorry to hear about your dad but hope you can hold dear your memories of him at his best. Although I didn't experience what you shared, I do have friends whose older parents had significant health issues and/or passed away while my friends were still young. I know its very hard.[/quote]
