The horrible elder care situation in the US does not have to be this way and if anyone's inclined to be politically active, this could be an area where advocacy got better policies is needed. I'd personally be interested in which countries do this well. But probably not going to send my parents to a cheaper country where they don't speak the language or understand customs![/quote]
