Yes you are correct. the bottom line is IF YOU PLAY AN INSTRUMENT IN MARCHING BAND YOU HAVE TO BE CONCURRENTLY ENROLLED IN A BAND CLASS DURING THE DAY. That option does not exist at Arlington Tech because there are no music classes period. So Arlington Tech students cannot be in the marching band at their neighborhood schools. The End. We are not talking about people in the marching band WHO DO NOT PLAY INSTRUMENTS. I am sure color guard members can join from any school. Because they don't play instruments. [/quote]
