Not to be mean, but if someone is repeatedly not responding or flaky, I would take that as they are not interested in being friends. I also think your approach of "sometime" doesn't work either - you are putting the onus on the friend to make the plans, which is rude on your part TBH. Offer a firm date & place (or two) and let them respond to that. People are busy and don't have time to come up with ideas and dates, etc. Especially if they aren't that interested in meeting up in the first place.[/quote]
