Most top local teams are in the mid Atlantic ecnl. I’m sure tournament organizers only want two (maybe three if the third is RU) from the mid Atlantic ecnl in any one division, including the top one. There are definitely teams that would be in the top bracket if organizers ignored conferences. [/quote]
