Yes, it's complete passing of the buck. Apparently Republican Governors think it's OK to have loads of unvaccinated and/or to fight against mask mandates and closures of any kind, but it will be Biden's fault for not getting pills to patients! They're all just complete shite. Hogan had a veneer of decency when it suited him, but he's running for Senate and needs to have something to campaign with.[/quote]
