This is OP again. I have to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to Emily's daughter.

The kindness your daughter showed him has been a balm.  He has been feeling violated and upset, and it was amazing and reassuring to have a complete stranger offer to help.  It's reminded him that there are many, many good and caring people out there. The fact that it happened to her, too, is taking some of the sting out of the experience.

Emily, you've got a very special girl with a big heart!

Btw, someone else posted about being isolated due to Covid... I started allowing my son to play Minecraft and Roblox with friends online when school closed in early 2020. Thank God for it. He is a social kid who needed  to connect with his friends. They still play online and also have no trouble playing outdoors and offline together when they see each other in person.

Someone else asked what else kids play. DS and a friend each have Nintendo Switch and can play together. Rocket League is is actually a free game they like. [/quote]
