[/quote] Lol two of those were me and I’m not the developer. You really don’t have to water your lawn. That’s insane. The finishes are important, but they’re a known, easily changed thing. So if you hate the bathroom tile, you just value the house less the cost of replacing it. That’s not a big deal compared to if there were not enough bathrooms, or the parking/garage issue. It’s just $20k and a few weeks of disruption. It’s one step above wallpaper. [/quote]
