Your have to start taking unpaid days off. Plus, I don't understand why nanny jobs are being compared to white collar jobs? Agreed, they are the ones taking such great care of your kid, but if we start giving them perks like working in a corporate environment, hey- why is your nanny not in a corporate world, or why don't we stay home and take care of our babies? Unfortunately, the expectations and standards are set so high to begin with and they get to reap the benefits of that. [/quote]
