How is Cleveland any different or worse than Pittsburgh or Indianapolis or Ann Arbor or any other mid western town/cities where some of the good colleges are located? [/quote]

Because it has the reputation of being one of the worst cities in north America.  But it's so much better now than it used to be.  And it has some beautiful suburbs.[/quote]
