[/quote] Sizzle some cumin seeds in some neutral oil, add diced potatoes and fry till golden and sprinkle some salt and a hint of cayenne or paprika over the top. Add some chopped cilantro on top if you have it but not essential. You just make sukhi aloo subzi. You can do the same with cauliflower.[/quote]
