It makes me think APE doesn't have much momentum left now that schools are open and is trying desperately to stay relevant and drum up support. King of spinning in a lot of different directions that they don't know much about. I have some concerns about the VMPI but I'm not going to APE for information on it. [/quote]

I am a member of the APE facebook group (and AEM and SR, because I like to stay informed about all of the groups' perspectives), so I think I can answer this.  I am not a official APE member, though, so I wasn't part of drafting and have no inside scoop.  I am not going to name specific names because that will probably get pulled, but based on the discussions of the newsletter in that group, it appears the newsletters are primarily written by two people are official members of the Arlington Democrats.[/quote]
