You really are struggling to understand the point of the thread.  The OP didn't start the thread to proclaim her joyful intention to embrace her grays and F anyone who didn't like it.  She started the thread in the hope of getting some feedback of people's opinions.  And soliciting anonymous opinions is what a person does when they want to hear the truth, not your dippy flowers-and-rainbows chirps about how the opinions of others don't matter. Time to evolve) is trying to help OP arrive at the conclusion that we don’t need to seek outside approval for our aesthetic decisions, especially when it comes to framing decisions about our own appearances. In middle age we should be able to determine whether or not we want to look a certain way.[/quote]
