OP, you need to meet with your administrators and come to a better understanding of their terminology instead of dinking around on here where people want to poke you and bring in their own agendas.
Multiple teachers here have explained to you how they would interpret "equitable outcomes." Ultimately, the only perspective that matters to you right now is your administrators' , so ask them to define the terminology, since it seems unclear to you (equal and equitable are not synonymous). In the DC-area school systems I have worked in, multiple data points are used to show that students have made progress--which is ultimately what your evaluation is measuring. You should have a team lead or a mentor who can help you understand the intricacies of your evaluation better as well. [/quote]
