I wfh, start dinner at 4:00, pick up kids at 4:30 because they come home starving for some reason (even though they both have afternoon snack.). Frankly if I don’t have dinner ready I stop by fast food. It is a big advantage of wfh. I’m not sure if I could get my kids in bed by 7 though as it’s so bright outside even with blackout curtains.
