Okay, first of all the puppies are really cute! <3 I love them all. Second of all, op said the puppies all look so different they think they had multiple fathers...is that possible?
Basically each puppy in a litter could theoretically have a different father. One individual puppy can't have more than one dad though. https://www.dogster.com/dog-health-care/can-a-litter-of-dogs-have-different-fathers-dogs-and-superfecundation
Yup! Any animal that releases multiple eggs at a time can have offspring with different fathers! There are lots of adaptations in males to try and prevent this. Boars release a sticky substance to try to plug up the cervix so other males' sperm can't get in to fertilize. Most of the cat family are induced ovulators- so the act of coitus stimulates the egg to be released. So male cats have spikes on their penises to hopefully induce the ovulation ASAP and be the only one to get the mom pregnant. And guess what...humans can have different fathers for thier fraternal twins!!!
