Mom looks a lot like my dog: Beagle, lab, and other hounds in her (mine also had a significant amount of boxer but we could see that in markings this mom doesn't have).

Thanks, OP. This is by far, the best thread on DCUM. I would have initially said there had to be cattle dog in your pup but his brothers/sisters are all so different. I think there might be a little German Shepard based on the coloring of all the siblings…

OP here. This thread has been a lot of fun! I'm glad you guys enjoyed the pictures. Wisdom Panel is currently getting the results ready, so I would think they should be available sometime soon! Here are a couple more pictures of Olaf, the beagle mix he is with is our other dog.

Olaf is flipping adorable. Thank you for sharing the photos. I'm going to say Australian Cattle Dog, some type of hound like a Bluetick and Chow.

Yup! Any animal that releases multiple eggs at a time can have offspring with different fathers! There are lots of adaptations in males to try and prevent this. Boars release a sticky substance to try to plug up the cervix so other males' sperm can't get in to fertilize. Most of the cat family are induced ovulators- so the act of coitus stimulates the egg to be released. So male cats have spikes on their penises to hopefully induce the ovulation ASAP and be the only one to get the mom pregnant.

And guess what...humans can have different fathers for thier fraternal twins!!!

That's a great idea! I think I'll reach out to the rescue today to see if they could possibly send the info to the new owners, I just hate not knowing how they are doing. Here are a few more pics!
