Every single morning McDonalds is filled with 80 and 90 year old seniors who have been eating there for decades. If McDonalds food is not very healthy for you, shouldn't most of those elderly seniors be dead by now?
While I agree with a PP who said the socialization is good for them. Have you never overheard the conversations these 60 to 80-year-olds are having? Almost all of their conversations revolve around their doctors appointments and upcoming procedures. They're living long not because of McDonald's, they're living long because they're greedy boomers who looted the nation and retired with obscene pensions and platinum lifetime health care. They piss away six- and seven-figures on end of life health care WE have to pay for! All so they can drive to McDonald's every morning in their new $80,000 Corvettes or top spec pickup trucks.
I’m retired and my income is $28,000 a year. This is fairly typical for Boomers. No Corvette or expensive pickup truck. I take public transportation. Where are you getting your information from?
