What does any of that have to do with playing the showcase in a showcase format so the coaches that spend their budget to go can see the players they want to see?  The coaches do not know or care about the results of these games.[/quote]

Leave the team if your coach is not playing your uncommitted player at a showcase. It’s that  easy and exactly what should be done…and from my experience…is exactly what happens.

This is exactly why proper team vs team competition is important. Starting to make sense now?[/quote]
