My DH also really likes the Charles Tyrwhitt shirts and they hold up very nicely.  They have some brighter colors/checks/patterns, that make for a more interesting shirt than a lot of the Brooks Brothers options.  He prefers them b/c they are a bit more fitted through the sides, so they're less "blousy" than some American shirts.  Another source for more weekend casual button-downs is Boden for men.  (For the record, my DH buys his own shirts; I contribute if and when I can remember to take them to the cleaners as a favor, otherwise, he launders and irons them too.  He is still trying to get me to understand the difference between a dress shirt and a sport shirt, the latter of which I thought he was making up until I saw it in a catalog this week.)[/quote]
