That’s not it. Don’t worry about winning if players are developing, learning, growing. My favorite seasons are the 4-6-2 type of seasons, with a couple of butt kickings mixed in. Enough wins to not be demoralized, but plenty of opportunities to see where improvement is needed.[/quote]

New poster here coach, what’s wrong with club hoppers? We all have reasons for staying or leaving, so what wrong with trying out new things where we can? We try not to burn bridges as much as possible, but why do we need loyalty to a club or team?[/quote]
