Number 1 is practically on top of the 495-66 ramp, and they're doing extensive changes to that interchange.

Number 2 will practically be on top of 66 when they widen it inside the Beltway.

Number 3 seems light on pictures, but probably because the market doesn't require the effort.

Number 4 will probably go over $850 because it's got a McLean address.

Hustle over to #3, OP.  It’s a great neighborhood.  I live nearby in FCC and walk through that neighborhood frequently. Check it out.  I agree with the PP’s assessments here — also #4 is already pending.

I also agree with other people’s recommendations of Fairfax City.  Seems like it’s a great place to live and is so much more affordable than Vienna or FCC.  I sometimes wonder if we should have moved there and gotten more for our money  but I appreciate the slightly closer commute.  [/quote]
