[/quote] DC will NOT take dog poop bags. They will not take loose trash. Also, in historic districts, many people have to bring their bins BACK INTO THEIR HOME. The only trash that DC will take from the bins must be bagged in tall kitchen or larger bags. even grocery-size bags will be left. DC does not use the arm to pick up the bins, the bags are removed by hand from the bins and tossed into the garbage truck.[/quote]
