[/quote] Interesting, because my approach for places where many drivers have killed pedestrians crossing the road is to make those places safer for pedestrians to cross the road. What's more, in most of those places you're thinking of, it's NOT illegal to cross the road. Do you think that the police should issue citations and fines for lawful behavior?[/quote]
