Why were some schools able to do 4 days of hybrid (2 days for group A, 2 for group B) and allow their families to re-choose their selection, while others are only doing 2 per grade and maintaining a wait list? Is it because the heavily populated schools could not handle a 70% return rate even with 4 days?[/quote]
