The problem is the court system in Montgomery County favors the criminals/assailants. The guy will be caught and then let back out to do the same thing over and over. We have a ring of people committing car thefts in our MoCo neighborhood. They’ll catch one, but more pop up. And apparently it’s part of a well-funded gang type organization that puts up bail money when one of them does get caught. [/quote]
