A kid was killed there fairly recently because the sidewalks are not safe for biking and he was jettisoned from his bike into traffic. They make a bike lane for the miles around the YMCA, as it’s a heavily travelled by kids going to the Y or getting on the trolley trail. The bike lane was a fabulous idea and I wish it extended a few more blocks on either side. [/quote]
