And, if the police had questioned Toth immediately, he probably would not have been arrested immediately unless he admitted to the crime. The sad reality is that the guy probably would have had an opportunity to flee. I hope and pray that Toth will be found eventually and put away forever. I'm not saying the DC police should not have been called immediately, I agree that they should have; what I am saying is that it probably would not have made a difference in terms of Toth's fleeing.
