I get that it is easier for nanny to be on her best behavior then but I like the idea of being able to check in at random to assess how she’s doing[/quote] So get cameras. Text the nanny so that she can make sure the baby is asleep or distracted. It’s for your child’s sake, not hers or yours.[/quote]
