WV has not issued anything saying to not come or test. PA has. That is the difference. 
You can make the selfish choice and decide to blow off the PA rule anyway. Plenty of people are making selfish choices during Covid. But don’t pretend you’re any different than others doing whatever they want despite officials’ efforts to put in place some provisions to keep cases. down. [/quote]
Maybe you follow nonsensical rules, but thinking, rational people can see that the rules are BS.

Either it’s okay to travel to WV and PA, or it’s not okay to travel to both. What logical distinction is there between skiing in one state versus the other?[/quote]
