However based on the voting that's been done on bills in the general assembly so far, most Democrats are for allowing localitites to chose whether or not to open. Most Republicans are for forcing localities to open. It's a difference that matters. Loudoun will say Yes. Fairfax will probably say Yes, but I'm less confident about that. The issue will soon be moot (probably).
