But the real question is - will the neighborhood throw a temper tantrum over a bit more retail? My guess is yes - NIMBYs going to NIMBY. [/quote] This. Impossible neighborhood to do anything. A Fannie Mae/city ridge proposal would be fantastic. But I doubt that could happen. The neighborhood nearly shot down the Macklin redevelopment. They wanted more parking spots for a building a block from the metro. [/quote]
