The experts were all saying ED full pay applications are the path to acceptance at reach schools this year.  With challenged economic/business models and significant drop in full pay international students, American Universities and colleges are poised for the biggest re-stratification of their enrollment in decades. Ultimately a detriment to society, but an opportunity for affluent families.[/quote]

haha. international applicants have their own set of test results - they do not need to take SATs[/quote]
