[/quote] I don't know if it's odd -- everyone has preferences. My family mostly have green or blue eyes, with the occasional hazel; husband's family all have brown eyes. (Same ethnic group by the way.) My kids both have very dark brown eyes. They're beautiful. But aesthetically I have to confess that I love blue eyes. My niece has gorgeous blue eyes and I am a tad jealous. Just like I'm a tad jealous that my sister has gorgeous thick hair and I don't. I'm not sitting here actively wishing my kids had a different eye color. But, yeah, if I were choosing an ideal eye color, it would be bright blue.[/quote]
