Many of the CTCL schools, with good merit aid, come in lower than UVA and W&M, and are comparable, price wise, to VA Tech.[/quote] +1 That was our experience too. And at the CTCL schools with good STEM programs there is a contingent of high scoring/GPA students on substantial merit aid who get very intensive research experiences with professors, great internship placements, and excellent med school/PhD placements.
