Say what you want but price is the ultimate example of supply and demand. You bring up anecdotal we like smaller houses BS, but the market is simple. It doesn’t matter what you like. If they were in stronger demand they wouldn’t be sitting there cheaply for you to pick up and enjoy your cheap small house. They are there because Einstein has one of the worst reputations in Montgomery County save maybe Kennedy. Is that fair? Maybe not but you look like a fool pretending it isn’t true [/quote]
